Everyone has a story, and so do I. After graduating in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, I faced my first major challenge—not securing a job despite being at the top of my class. However, my passion for technology remained strong. I began my career in a contact center, but I quickly expanded my skills across various roles in the tech industry, including System Administrator, QA Engineer, IT Manager, and Global Support, eventually transitioning into Sales Leadership for the entire APAC region.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with globally renowned companies like Capgemini, Hewlett Packard (HPE), 3G, Avaya, and VMware. As I transitioned into IT sales, I discovered my strength in bridging the gap between technology and business outcomes. Whether selling to CXOs or guiding professionals moving into sales roles, I thrived in aligning technology with business needs and driving measurable impact.

During my tenure at VMware (now part of Broadcom Inc.), I played a critical role in expanding the company’s market presence across 11 new countries in the Asia Pacific region. I successfully drove revenue growth by 1000%, exceeded sales targets, and led complex sales cycles, collaborating with partners like Dell and HPE. I received the 'Elevate Our Best Award' for leadership and the 'Innovation Award' for strong GTM strategies.
As VMware’s Cloud Management Specialist, I drove significant growth in cloud management sales, tripling the sales pipeline and winning the prestigious President’s Club award in 2017 for surpassing sales targets by 152%. I worked closely with C-level executives and partners like Dell and HPE to deliver innovative cloud solutions.
In this role, I was responsible for presales initiatives and acted as a Subject Matter Expert in VMware’s strategic solutions. I led partner enablement sessions and consistently exceeded sales targets, earning multiple Spotlight Awards for outstanding performance. I was also recognized for selling the highest number of hyperconverged storage solutions (vSAN V1) in a quarter.
During my tenure at Avaya, I played a pivotal role in leading data center consolidation initiatives, delivering 340% ROI in FY09 and an astounding 1,138% ROI in FY10, saving $1.64 million. I designed and implemented virtualization solutions that significantly improved data center efficiency while managing key vendor relationships to influence future architecture strategies. My efforts were recognized through multiple internal awards for thought leadership and sustainability, including serving as a Green Evangelist promoting sustainable practices.
